Shipping

Postage Days:

Parcels are dispatched daily, except on weekends.

Please be aware that many postal services cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. If you have specific deadlines, please get in touch and we will try to accommodate them.

Shipping Destinations:

We currently offer worldwide shipping. All garmnents are shipped from Europe - Germany.

Carriers:

  • International parcels are sent via FedEx or DHL Express. They typically deliver the next day within the EU and within three to five days worldwide.

    If your location is outside of the FedEx or DHL Express service area, we will contact you to arrange an alternative service.

    Additional fees may apply.

  • Domestic parcels (within Germany) are dispatched with DHL Paket.

Tracking:

All parcels are tracked.

You will receive an automated email with the tracking number in your shipping confirmation as soon as the parcel is dispatched.

We monitor each parcel until delivery and try to assist as much as possible. However, please note that some issues can only be resolved by the carrier in your country.

Shipping Costs:

  • All orders over 350€ will be shipped FREE of charge.

  • Deliveries within Germany are also shipped FREE of charge.

Import Costs:

Please note that import costs still apply and may vary according to the destination country.

Uncollected Parcels :

Buyer is obliged to pay any costs arising, both shipping and storage from non collected parcels.

 

 

RETURNS

Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must not be tampered with (not washed, no stains, rips, or general damage) and must be in the same condition that you received it.

Please do try leotards on with an undergarment if unsure of sizing.

Refunds

If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you need to send it back to receive a refund.

The cost of returning the parcel is to be covered by the buyer.

To return your product, you should email us at customersupport@maldire.com.

It is very important that we are notified of the package being returned to us, simply so that we don't miss it. You can ship with whatever carrier you prefer, as long as it’s tracked. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please fill in the paper form that you received with the order to specify whether you wish to exchange for a refund or a different size. As we do not carry a large stock, we may have to produce your replacement if it's not immediately available.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

When sending back, please declare a low value on the items (1 €) to avoid import costs from our side. Parcels with import costs will not be collected! When sending out the new leotards, we will mark them as a return, so that you won’t pay import costs twice.

Maldire will cover the second shipping cost in case of an exchange.

Please note that we do not offer refunds on custom orders, only exchanges.
